illume Academic Support was founded in 2012 by Sara Werner, a New Orleans Educator. After leaving the classroom, she wanted to continue teaching, but in an environment that allows her the time and focus to greatly impact the academic success of each child.
As registration grew, she knew she didn't want to deny any child the right to academic support, so more tutors and specialists were brought onto the team. The tutors we work with are experts in Special Education, Test Preparation, Elementary, Middle and High School Education, Ph.D's, Reading Interventionists and many more areas that will help your child achieve success.
